Modern questionnaire design in times of scarce participant resources

The most important asset in market research is the study participants. However, due to the market dynamic and technological developments in the past years they are exposed to an increasing "survey pressure". As a result, participation motivation and response rates for surveys are decreasing considerably. This makes a modern and motivating questionnaire design more important, one in which the respondents feel that completing the questionnaire is less of an effort or a burden. Against this background, the workshop systematically dealt with the Do's & Don'ts on the basis of practical examples.
Professionalisation of user experience through systematic research

User experience (UX) and “early user research” are playing an important role in more and more companies and need to be properly incorporated. Using UX management tools, private panels and result databases, it is possible to continuously and efficiently support the entire company when it comes to product development, marketing and sales, etc. The attendees of this workshop were learning more about this topic along practical examples.
Our lecture at the Innovation Area 2019
Are you interested in the latest research results and current trend topics from market research? In the Innovation Area we present relevant content every year. Our lecture „The Mobile Score – Interactive Tool for Quality Assurance in Online Market Research” took place on 23.10.2019 at 12:00 until 12:15 in the Innovation Area.
