Flexible administration of your customer panels
Administrate your panel independently or transfer either selected or all administrative tasks that occur during the Panel operation to Rogator. As your experienced partner with extensive knowledge in the area of panel administration, we can also take over the complete management of your panel, either on request or on a temporary basis, if you lack the internal capacities for panel maintenance and support or are unable to do so at short notice.

How often are data updates performed?
We recommend that you update the data for the panellists once a year. Rogator can also take over this process for you and guarantees minimal effort for the panel participants.
Which service modules need to be booked?
At Rogator, there are no mandatory service modules that you only get as a package and always have to book together. With Rogator, you are completely flexible and free to decide which administrative tasks you want to take over yourself and which services you would like to outsource. We only take over and charge for the part that you do not want to do yourself – even temporarily.
What happens if my panel shrinks?
We provide effective measures against panel mortality and plan and implement in time with you e.g. the re-recruitment of participants analogous to your target group. Thus you always have an up-to-date and fully operational panel at your disposal.
Maintain participant motivation
A very important topic in the field of panel administration, one on which we are happy to advise you, is the maintenance of participant motivation. We offer you different strategies and measures for this purpose:
- Incentives: The classic and at the same time very effective measure for maintaining participant motivation. We introduce you to numerous possibilities and degrees of freedom.
