The Team Navigator is a feedback tool for times that present special challenges. The Team Navigator provides important information for managers, strengthens teams in phases of uncertainty and ambiguity and is intended for those who want to use current challenges as opportunities. The basis is a digital survey of the current team and work situation involving the entire team. The feedback is rounded off by individual coaching for your managers.

By repeating the team feedback once or twice, the time comparison allows you to recognize trend changes and new developments early on and to actively shape them. The procedure in three simple steps

1. Survey of the actual situation
With our individually developed online questionnaire, we survey the current status in your teams. We prepare the results for you in a clear and easily understandable reporting.

2. Reflection of the results
If desired, you can reflect the results of the first wave together with our professional coaches. The goal of this phase is reflection by the manager. We support you in formulating the right questions and defining fields of action.

3. Team Workshop
The team workshops are also optional and will be used flexibly at the appropriate time. They can also be carried out digitally or, on request, face-to-face at your premises and are accompanied by our or your coaches. The purpose is to discuss the feedback results and to jointly reflect in the team. Furthermore, goals are formulated, and measures and next steps are collected and planned.

What kind of companies is the Team Navigator suitable for?
The Team Navigator is explicitly aimed at managers of all kinds who lead a small or larger team of five or more people and who are facing special challenges. This combination is possible in every company or organization. In this respect, the Team Navigator is largely independent of company size, industry or occasion.

Does the whole company have to participate?
Definitely no. Of course, maximum benefit is achieved if the Team Navigator tool is also used throughout the organisation concerned. However, this is not a prerequisite. All forms of play are conceivable, from sporadic individual solutions to deployment in a larger organizational unit to company-wide deployment.

Does the survey really have to be repeated for 3 months?
This is only a proposal to achieve the greatest benefit. However, we recommend a gradual approach: As a rule, the first 2-3 waves quickly reveal where the sticking points in your team lie and how they can be tackled.

Do the costs increase linearly with the users?
No, the costs do not increase linearly with the users, even if more managers use the tool. We have graduated offers for these cases. Please contact us in this regard and we will get in touch with you right away.
