Rog360 - The complete solution

The process of 360° feedback with Rog360 in a few steps.

  • Creation of a so-called feedback "wave" (e.g. by the personnel department): The participants of the feedback can easily be imported via a list (csv file)
  • The list of participants can be uploaded with or without specifying the organizational structure
  • Thus no conclusions as to the feedback providers can be drawn, the minimum number of possible feedback providers is defined
  • Subsequently leaders are invited by e-mail at the start of the process
  • With the convenient user interface the executives can select their own feedback provider (roles: employee, boss, peers, customers)
  • The feedback provider will then receive an automated invitation e-mail containing a survey link.
  • Now the questionnaires have to be filled within the specified period of the feedback givers
  • Also the feedback recipient fills out a self-assessment
  • Non-attendances will receive a reminder e-mail (optional)
  • The feedbacks will be closed and (multilingual) reports will be created
  • These will be made available for download; recipients of the reports can be defined in advance. These persons will be notified via e-mail once the reports are available
