The right communication for survey projects
All communication in connection with a survey project must be credible and consistent. To a certain extent, each individual element of communication affects the success of a survey, and possibly even the results. Every contact with potential respondents (advance notification - invitation - questionnaire - reminder - feedback of results) must be optimised according to various criteria. This applies to almost all survey topics and target groups. In particular, it is important to specify what information will be expected from participants, when, and in which format. Rather than providing all the information at once, it is better to inform participants at measured intervals:
As extensive as necessary, but as concise as possible! We can work with you to define the details of your communication activities, submitting proposals for each individual component in compliance with your corporate communication style and in the correct sequence. This will provide participants with a clear and comprehensible dramaturgy - spanning the entire survey process. For example, we can help you define the content of information emails, notices or flyers for your project. If you wish, we will manage the entire process, from design through to printing of the documents. On completion of your project, we can inform your customers or employees of the main results and conclusions derived from the survey. Of course, you will decide the preferred method for disseminating this information.
Focus on employee surveys
When it comes to employee surveys, getting your communication right is particularly important! As active sponsors and promoters of the employee survey, senior management and executives should be involved in communication. To a great extent, the success of your project will depend on acceptance by as many stakeholders as possible within your company. We will work with you, depending on the remit, to define an appropriate communication concept and implement this within your company. All of these activities will have a direct and measurable effect on the response rate for your employee survey. The aim is to generate trust and a positive feeling among your company's most important resource: its employees.
