(Junior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) focus on online marketing
After 20 successful years in the field of online market research and data collection, Rogator AG, based in Nuremberg Ziegelstein, is one of the market leaders in Germany as an expert for feedback, software and full-service. Our main focus is on digital customer and employee surveys. Our customers are renowned companies in the European economy across all industries as well as public authorities and public services.
We are looking for a dedicated (Junior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours per week (by arrangement) on a full time basis as soon as possible.
Your tasks
After a comprehensive induction, you will support the marketing team in the areas of online marketing, corporate videos and trade fairs & events.
- Creation, design and marketing of corporate videos (company presentation, product videos etc.)
- Creation and design of landing pages using WordPress, website maintenance and regular SEO optimizations
- Content marketing: creation and publication of newsletters, blog posts and press releases
- Support in planning and organizing various web seminars as well as online and presence trade fairs
- Organization of internal company events (e.g. summer party, year-end party) and external events (e.g. Rogator Roadshow, Market Research Week)
- Collaboration on other communication tasks of the team (e.g. design of information material, brochures, etc.)
- Various supporting activities

Your profile
- You have completed a degree (marketing, communication and media studies, journalism or similar) or training in marketing, graphic or media design
- Practical experience in the areas of communications, online and event marketing is desirable
- You are a dynamic, winning person with very good communication skills
- You enjoy writing texts and are a creative mind
- You have a good feeling for language and images
- You work in a structured manner, on your own initiative and enjoy detailed analyses to measure the success of marketing activities
- An independent way of working is a matter of course for you
- Your English level is at least B2
- You are proficient in the use of the MS Office package and ideally have initial experience with WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Knowledge of Adobe (especially Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and Audacity is an asset
- Experience in market research is helpful, but not a prerequisite
