How Rogator helps you conduct 360-degree feedback

 

First we define the goals and contents for the survey process together with you on the basis of your leadership principles, guidelines, values or competence models. We support you in demanding commitment to the project at management level and in winning over managers as promoters of 360-degree feedback.

 

In the next step, we advise you on the participants. If you do not provide us with a structure, our experts will be happy to help you define the feedback recipients and providers.

 

Subsequently, we transfer the derived content (questionnaire, communication concept, etc.) into tools and processes and initiate the implementation of the process. The feedback providers assess the managers anonymously on the basis of a questionnaire agreed with you and standardised for all participants. The feedback recipient gives a self-assessment based on the same questions. The comparison within the framework of the evaluation allows not only the manager’s assessed skills but also their hidden strengths and weaknesses to be clarified.

 

Finally, the automated generation of evaluations and reports is carried out with our powerful Rog360 software. These are made available to the respective target person in the tool for download. We also advise you on subsequent training, coaching and measures within the follow-up process. In addition, the management culture is considered at the level of the entire company.
