Your benefits of 360-degree feedback with Rogator
With Rog360, Rogator offers you its own software component, which allows you to automate the essential process steps and thus carry out your 360-degree feedback quickly and cost-effectively. This saves you time and money compared to other providers and services.
Despite a high degree of automation, all project parameters are freely definable in 360-degree feedback with Rogator: The layout and contents of the reports are created in advance according to your wishes, if desired also in several languages. The employee list can be imported with or without the organisational structure. The feedback providers can be selected by a manager or the HR department, and so on.
We attach the greatest importance to data protection and offer you different and flexible anonymity thresholds for the feedback provider groups. Your sensitive data is also managed exclusively on our certified server landscape, which excludes access by third parties and ensures the protection of your data at all times.
How Rogator helps you conduct 360-degree feedback
First we define the goals and contents for the survey process together with you on the basis of your leadership principles, guidelines, values or competence models. We support you in demanding commitment to the project at management level and in winning over managers as promoters of 360-degree feedback.
In the next step, we advise you on the participants. If you do not provide us with a structure, our experts will be happy to help you define the feedback recipients and providers.
Subsequently, we transfer the derived content (questionnaire, communication concept, etc.) into tools and processes and initiate the implementation of the process. The feedback providers assess the managers anonymously on the basis of a questionnaire agreed with you and standardised for all participants. The feedback recipient gives a self-assessment based on the same questions. The comparison within the framework of the evaluation allows not only the manager’s assessed skills but also their hidden strengths and weaknesses to be clarified.
Finally, the automated generation of evaluations and reports is carried out with our powerful Rog360 software. These are made available to the respective target person in the tool for download. We also advise you on subsequent training, coaching and measures within the follow-up process. In addition, the management culture is considered at the level of the entire company.

Rogator can advise you individually on the following 360-degree feedback questions
Who determines the feedback providers?
The selection of feedback providers is usually made by the manager himself, especially at the level of peer feedback. A hybrid approach, in which supervisors and employees can be predefined and colleagues can be selected by the feedback recipients themselves, is also a possibility.
How many participants are required for 360-degree feedback?
In order to ensure anonymity, at least three participants per group must normally provide feedback. This does not apply to feedback from supervisors, as often only one person is surveyed in this case.
How long does it take to conduct 360-degree feedback?
360-degree feedback usually takes no longer than normal management feedback because all survey processes run in parallel. Due to the software support by Rog360, the implementation usually takes about 3 to 5 weeks.
Which groups should be involved?
In most 360-degree feedback, supervisors and colleagues at the same level as well as the feedback recipient's employees are interviewed. In rare cases, external customers or other people, such as colleagues at other levels, are called in. The selection is company-specific and also depends particularly on the organisational structure. Our experts will be happy to advise you individually.
Can the processes be automated?
Our Rog360 software allows automation of various process steps - from the selection of the feedback givers and the sending of the participant invitations and reminders up to the delivery of the feedback and the production of individual reports in the context of the evaluation.
What is the biggest advantage of 360-degree feedback?
In 360-degree feedback, the performance of the respective manager is assessed more comprehensively than in normal management feedback, since not only employees but also supervisors and colleagues are included. This gives you a deeper insight into how the manager behaves in different situations.
