Employee survey

Find the answers to these questions and measure the satisfaction of your employees.
But be careful! The mere statement about the satisfaction does not allow for a conclusion in view of the urgency of measures. It is crucial to know the needs and expectations of employees (target) and compare them to the actual fulfilment at the workplace (actual). Only on the basis of this target-performance comparison will the content allow a determination of weighted satisfaction values that permit clear prioritization of the need for action.
