Internal communication

The communication inside your company is made up of many individual components. The issue here is not only data content and communication style among employees and executives, but also how strategies, guiding principles, visions, facts or figures are conveyed and how much of it reaches the recipient.

The examination of the internal communication culture can moreover provide important information on factors that are hard to grasp on the surface, such as group dynamics, role allocation, team spirit and team philosophy. This requires a more detailed analysis of the dimensions of vertical (between the individual levels of the corporate hierarchy) and horizontal communication (inside departments/teams, with direct employees). This makes it possible to thoroughly examine these interdependent dimensions on interaction and fit, in order to be able to make valuable recommendations for an optimisation in the direction of a harmonious, efficient and successful communication culture.
